1. Can I request an early check-in?

Early check-ins need to be requested the day of check-in and are not guaranteed. If we can offer an early check-in, it is free of charge after 2pm or $50 for 12 - 2 o'clock.

2. Can I request a late checkout?

Late checkouts are not allowed.

3. What are the general ground rules and expectations when staying in one of your homes?

4. What do I do if I break or damage something during your stay?

You should let your Host know right away if you break or damage something during your stay. The best way to do this is by sending them a message through the website or app. If you can provide photos, that’s great, too. Being upfront about damage gives your Host as much time as possible to fix it before their next guest arrives. It also gives you and your Host a chance to find a resolution.
